Shipping

We currently ship within the United States only. International shipping is not available at this time.

All orders ship via USPS Ground Advantage or USPS Priority Mail, with shipping rates calculated at checkout based on your order and delivery address.

Ready-to-ship items are typically processed the next business day. Customized items are made with extra care, so please allow 3–5 business days for your order to be prepared before it ships.

Once your order has shipped, please allow an additional 3–5 business days for transit and delivery. Delivery times may vary depending on USPS and are not guaranteed.

Returns & Exchanges

All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges at this time.

However, we want you to love your Shaye Isabel pieces. If you are not satisfied with your order, or if your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible so we can do our best to accommodate your request.

If an item is received damaged or in error, we will review the issue and, when applicable, offer a replacement or resolution.
